Process
How long does it take?
Build time depends on the tier. Foundation ships in 5 to 7 business days, Growth in 7 to 10 days, and Scale in 12 to 16 days. We build on a proven template system rather than custom-coding from scratch, so we skip the months of back-and-forth design reviews.
What happens after launch?
You get one week of free post-launch support to catch anything that comes up in real-world use. After that you either handle things yourself with the documentation we leave you, or stay on a monthly Care plan for ongoing help.
How do revision rounds work?
Each tier includes a set number of revision rounds (Foundation: 1, Growth: 1, Scale: 2). A revision round is a single, consolidated list of changes submitted at one time. One submission equals one round, not one change. Additional rounds are $125/hour, quoted before any work starts.

What if I just want the website and not the monthly plan?
Totally fine. The monthly Care plan is optional. Foundation, Growth, and Scale are all one-time builds. You can take delivery, walk away, and have a fully working website. Most clients add Care, but you're not locked in.
