Setup

How long does setup take?

Foundation takes 3 to 5 business days. Growth takes 5 to 7 business days. Scale takes 7 to 10 business days. We do the work in parallel with your existing operations so nothing slows down.

Will this interrupt my business while it's being set up?

No. We do everything in the background. Your current systems keep running until the new setup is tested and ready to go live.

Compatibility

Do I need to be technical?

No. We set everything up for you and walk you through how it works. You don't need to touch any code or configure anything.

Do I need a new website?

No. This works with your existing website. We add a form or connect to the one you already have.

What if I already use a booking tool or CRM?

Is this a one-time setup or ongoing support?

What happens if something breaks?

Your system includes built-in monitoring that alerts you if anything stops working. If you're on a Care plan, we fix it. If not, you can reach out for a one-time fix.
