Cashflow

Stop chasing invoices. Start collecting them.

Every service business knows this feeling: the invoice goes out, and then nothing. Days pass. You hate following up. Cashflow automates the whole thing so you get paid on time without being the bad guy.

Sound familiar?

The money is owed. The collecting is the hard part.

"Invoices go out. Silence comes back."

Clients forget. You feel weird reminding them. The money sits there for weeks while you keep working.

"Renewals slip through the cracks"

A client's plan expires, you forget to follow up, and it's an awkward email three weeks late or a customer lost.

"Payment chasing eats my week"

Every unpaid invoice is a 10-minute interruption that adds up to hours you can't bill anyone for.

How it works

A system that bills, reminds, and reconciles for you.

Every step from "deal closed" to "money in your account" runs automatically, in your accounting tool of choice.

1

Auto-invoice

The moment a deal closes, the invoice generates and sends. No spreadsheet, no reminder to yourself.

Money requested the moment a deal closes.

2

Auto-remind

3-day nudge, 7-day firm follow-up, 14-day escalation. Branded, sent from your email.

No more "just following up" emails from you.

3

Dashboard

One screen showing who owes what, what's overdue, what renewed, and what's coming due.

Know exactly what's owed and when.

4

Auto-reconcile

Reconciliation happens in your accounting tool automatically. Month-end opens with books already balanced.

No more weekend catch-up sessions.

Why Modwize

How we compare to chasing it yourself or hiring a bookkeeper

Most service businesses either chase invoices manually (and lose hours) or hire a bookkeeper for $1,000+ a month (and still chase the bookkeeper). Here's the honest middle ground.

Tools

What tools do I need?

None extra. We work with whatever you use for accounting (QuickBooks, Zoho Books, Xero, FreshBooks). If you don't have one, we'll recommend one. You own the account either way.

Pricing

Why is it monthly instead of one-time?

Cashflow is a monthly service, not a one-time build. The automations need to stay running and monitored to do their job. That's what the monthly covers. If you just want a one-time invoicing setup, we're probably not the right fit.

How long does setup take?

Foundation takes 3 to 5 business days. Growth takes 5 to 7 business days. Scale takes 7 to 10 business days.

Ownership

Do I own the system when you're done?

Yes. The automations, the templates, the accounting workspace, all in your name. If you ever leave Modwize, you keep everything running.
